Archbishops of Canterbury

The Archbishop of Canterbury is one of the four Instruments of Unity of the Anglican Communion, and is therefore a unique focus for Anglican unity. He calls the once-a-decade Lambeth Conference, chairs the meeting of Primates, and is President of the Anglican Consultative Council.

104th Archbishop of Canterbury

The Most Rev. Rowan Williams is the 104th Archbishop of Canterbury. He was enthroned at Canterbury Cathedral on 27th February 2003.
